Other issues?
CSU has policies on harassment and non-discrimination. In addition, Sections D.3.3, D.9, E.2.2, and E.2.3 of the CSU Manual outline faculty responsibilities. Sections E.10.5 and E.10.7 outline disciplinary procedures. In most cases, complaints should go to the department chair (office access through the department office) or, if that is inappropriate, the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts. The chair welcomes inquiries, either written or in person.
